Duties & Responsibilities
The Human Resources Department for the town employees is done by the Accounting Department. We process the payroll and benefits for the employees. We maintain all personnel information. A copy of the employment application form can be downloaded. A copy of the holiday list followed by the State and approved by the Town Manager for the employees is available to be downloaded. All other forms would be filled out at the time of employment.
Payroll information must be received in our office by noon on Monday, Tuesday if Monday is a holiday. Each employee fills out his/her own time sheet and signs the payroll form. The Department head checks the hours and signs approving the hours worked. Payroll checks are given out on Fridays.
We offer direct deposit for our employees.
