Residence In Commercial Zone

In accordance with RSA 75:11, single-family owner-occupied residential property located in a commercial or industrial zone that has its land assessed at the commercial or industrial rate, is eligible to apply for a special assessment each year at the residential land rate. To apply, complete a PA-42 form and
submit it to the Assessing Office before April 15th of each year.
