8-2-10
Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 that the Winchester Planning Board will be meeting on 8-2-10 at 7:00pm on the Main Floor of the Town Hall, 1 Richmond Road for the following hearing:
1. The board will review an application for a two lot subdivision submitted by Richard Drew for Anthony Maggio. The property is located at 129 Staddle Hill, map 1, lot 49. The existing parcel is 11.9 acres and the proposed new lots would be 7.08 acre and 4.85 acre. If the application is accepted as complete the board will move into a hearing on the matter.
If a decision is not reached on any of the matters the hearings will continue at the next meeting without further notice. All applications are on file at the town hall for review during regular business hours.
