The Deliberative Session is being held Saturday, February 2nd at Town Hall, commencing at 9:00AM.
As a Senate Bill 2 (SB2) Town, the deliberative session is one of the important opportunities all Town residents who are registered voters have to influence government. In addition to the budget, warrant articles are discussed and can be changed by a vote of the people attending the session. Any changes that are made will appear on the ballot for the voting on March 11. The only items that cannot be changed at the deliverative session are Article 1, pertaining to the election of Town officials, and any articles submitted by the Planning Board.
Your Board of Selectmen welcome your attendance at the Deliberative Session. It is through your involvement that we are able to forward the concerns of our Town and all it's citizens.
