$70.00 Per call out after normal working hours up to a maximum of two hours, each additional hour will be at the rate of $35.00 per hour.
$15.00 Turn On or Turn Off.
$30.00 Labor during normal working hours
$100.00 Flow test. Fee must be paid in advance of test being conducted
