Mission

We are committed to promoting the natural and economic assets of Winchester. By supporting and assisting existing business in their endeavors and pursuing new desirable businesses will improve and complement our economic base. We will continue working to revitalize downtown into a safe and attractive area for residents and visitors. We will actively encourage various town wide activities and events, while continuing to highlight the town's natural and historic features such as Ashuelot River, Forest Lake, Pisgah Park and the covered bridges.
