The Town of Winchester wanted to give a big shout out to Winchester Water Dept., Jack White & Pete Howe- Hinsdale Water Dept., Leonard Lawrence Excavating, Ed & Robert Dingman-SUR, Highway Dept., Chan Stephens, Jim Ammann & Dick Lapoint-Flaggers and the nice couple that dropped off Dunkin Donuts for the fantastic job they all did to make sure the water was restored to the residents before the storm hit.
