Restrictions
No admittance without a current Landfill Sticker affixed to vehicle.
Transfer Station Stickers are for sale at the Clerk's Office: $40 for the first vehicle per household, $10 per additional vehicle for the same residential address. Please remember that you must have the license number for each vehicle as that is part of the recording and sticker distribution. New stickers are required by October 1st and expire September 30th annually.
A New Landfill/Recycle Facility Ordinance Violation Form has been completed and approved by the Board. Information included consists of date, time, name and address of person in violation, ordinance violation section and number, explanation and reason, who served by, and our appeal process. The most common reasons a person can lose their privilege to use the facility as follows:
- Recycle is mandatory.
- Stickers must be attached to the vehicle, plainly visible.
- Must obey directives of the attendant.
- Must follow posted speed limit (5MPH)
- Residential use only - no commercial haulers.
